RMIT Vietnam is seeking applications for the
position of Library Cataloguer at our Saigon South Campus. The Library
Cataloguer will be responsible for performing a variety of library
functions in relations to the preparation of bibliographic and items
records for monographs, journals and other library materials. The
position is also expected to perform original and copy cataloguing and
adapts online records according to guidelines in all subject areas.
Dependent on previous experience and academic achievement, the successful candidate, will be offered an attractive remuneration package comprising of:
● Monthly Base Salary in the range of 8 - 9 million VND gross per month.
● Monthly meal 680 000 VND and clothing 250 000 VND allowances
● Private Medical Insurance
● 13th month Tet bonus

Job requirement
The successful candidate will hold relevant tertiary
qualification in librarianship, information science or related field
and demonstrate successful experience in cataloguing and classification
skills in library materials in an international environment.
● If English is not your first language, then evidence is required to demonstrate a minimum English language proficiency standard at a BULATS Upper Intermediate level (BULATS score 60-74) – equivalent to IELTS (General) 4.5 - 5.5
